Heidelberg Cyclinder S to SBD Service

A full inspection is carried out to check for worn or broken parts.

The infeed, swinging, cylinder, chain and carriage grippers are inspected.

Worn grippers are replaced and reset.

The pump is removed then stripped, cleaned and rebuilt.

All air pipes are replaced and filters changed where necessary.

The machine is then set to original Heidelberg factory settings for operation.

Finally the machine is put through a full registration check including
minimum/maximum grip to ensure full paper transfer on and off impression.

If required the cylinder bed can be removed to gain access to the upper/lower
dive racks connecting rod and pinion for full cleaning.
