Heidelberg T, GT and GTP Platen Service

A full visual inspection is carried out to check for worn and broken parts.

The bottom toggle pins are removed and bushes checked for wear.

The pump is removed then stripped, cleaned and rebuilt.

The same operation is carried out to the paper trip suction unit.

The gripper arms are inspected, cleaned and the rubber stripped then replaced.

All air pipes are replaced and air filters changed where necessary.

The machine is then reset to original Heidelberg factory settings for correct operation.

Finally the machine is put through a full registration check on and off lays.
